    #1 What are your customer service hours?

    Live customer service is available by calling 844-53-HOGAN Monday – Thursday from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM Central Time. All voicemails left on that number, and any inquires made by email at 'customerservice@benhogangolf.com' will be answered within two (2) business days.

    #2 Can I order a stock set of irons?

    Absolutely. All you need to do is specify your desired launch profile and shaft. Our PreciseLoft set configurations are shown below:

    • Low launch profile                         (Lofts - 20/24/28/32/36/40/44 degrees) 
    • Mid launch profile                         (Lofts – 21/25/29/33/37/41/45 degrees) 
    • Mid/High launch profile                (Lofts – 22/26/30/34/38/42/46 degrees) 
    • High launch profile                        (Lofts – 23/27/31/35/39/43/47 degrees)

    Custom length and lie adjustment are also available, as are mid-sized grips, on all iron sets, utility irons and hybrid clubs at no additional charge.

    #3 When will I receive my order?

    Most orders are shipped within 5-10 business days after your order is placed. 

    Domestic US orders are shipped to physical addresses only. No post office boxes please. Shipments are FOB Fort Worth, TX (76134). Standard shipping is via UPS Ground.

    Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email shipping confirmation containing your tracking number with a link to the carrier's website to track your shipment progress.

    #4 Do you make left-handed clubs?

    Yes.  PTx irons are available in left-handed models. Please check the PTx iron order page for availability.

    #5 Can I order just the wedges?

    Yes, absolutely.  You may select only the wedge lofts you desire to ensure a seamless transition to your irons and proceed to checkout.

    #6 Are the Ft Worth irons defined as “blades”, and made only for the better player?

    We actually try to avoid the use of the oft-repeated terms “blade” and “game improvement” to define irons. And the Ft Worth irons blur that line anyway. We have applied an entirely new approach to iron weighting to deliver the precision, feel and ball control normally reserved for “blades”, with a measure of forgiveness that compares to any “game improvement” design. The result is that you no longer have to sacrifice one for the other. Our testing proves that most golfers of 12-15 handicap and lower will experience improved performance with the Ft Worth irons.

    #7 How do you measure your clubs?

    Remarkably, there is no industry standard in way manufacturers measure their shaft lengths. Our length standards are based on the historic Ben Hogan method of measuring on a Hogan length board to the last grip ring.

    #8 Do you sell components only? Things like heads, grips, etc.?

    No, we do not sell components at this time. All clubs are fully assembled when shipped from our facility.

    #9 What are my shaft and grip options for the clubs?

    Availability is shown on the order pages.   We currently offer seven (7) different iron shaft options (steel and graphite combined).  For VKTR hybrids, we offer seven (7) different graphite shaft options.  We also offer standard and mid-sized grips, all at no additional charge.

    #10 How do I track my order?

    After placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation. When your order is complete and shipped, you will receive an additional email with your tracking information. If  you do not receive your domestic order within 5-10 business days, please call (844) 53-HOGAN to speak to a Customer Service Representative.

    #11 Do you accept International Orders?

    Yes. Ben Hogan Golf will ship anywhere in the world.  You can order online, or speak to one of our Customer Service Representatives by calling 1+(844) 53-HOGAN. 

    *International customers are responsible for all customs charges, taxes, duties and other governmental charges over which we have no control. 

    #12 What forms of payment do you take?

    We accept payment by VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and PayPal.  We also offer short-term financing through KLARNA.

    #13 Why was I charged sales tax?

    Texas law requires us to charge sales tax on all orders shipped to an address within the State of Texas. The rate is 8.25%, and by law is charged on the purchase and the shipping costs. We do not charge sales tax on orders shipped to addresses outside the state of Texas.

    #14 What is your warranty policy?

    We believe the Ben Hogan Golf Equipment Company designs and manufactures the finest golf club ever made. Our team of craftsman in our Fort Worth, Texas factory assemble each club by hand...one at a time. We guarantee our workmanship of a period of one (1) year after purchase. If you have an issue with any club purchased directly from the Ben Hogan Golf Equipment Company, we will be happy to assist in correcting the situation by repairing or replacing your clubs.     #15 Who determines if a club should be covered under warranty or if damages occurred by abuse etc.?

    All warranty claims are evaluated by our Customer Service team. Please contact us if you have a question or problem that needs to be addressed.

    #16 What is your return policy?

    We believe Ben Hogan Golf equipment is manufactured to the highest possible design and quality standards, and will deliver the performance demanded by the best players in the world. As specified by our warranty policy, we stand behind all our products and will correct any issues related to manufacturing and/or workmanship for one year. We will gladly accept returns on new, unused product in original packaging for a period of 30 days after purchase. We will not accept returns or issue refunds for ANY used product, under any circumstances.

    #17 Do you repair any Ben Hogan Equipment produced by the previous company or another manufacturer of Ben Hogan Equipment?

    Unfortunately, we cannot repair or support of any products that were sold by a previous iteration of the Ben Hogan Golf Equipment Company. 

    #18 Why lofts vs. numbers?

    It's the ultimate expression of precision – the way Ben Hogan played the game. In today’s golf market, the traditional number designation on irons have been rendered almost meaningless as there are no industry standards.

    However, we understand that some golfers like this system … and some do not.  All Ft. Worth, Ft. Worth Hi, and PTx irons now have BOTH the exact loft and traditional number designations shown on the club head.

    We respect the privacy and security of our users.

    We guarantee that every online transaction you conduct with Ben Hogan Golf will be 100% safe. This means you pay nothing if unauthorized charges are made to your card as a result of shopping at our online store. 

    Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, your bank cannot hold you liable for more than $50.00 of fraudulent charges. If your bank does hold you liable for any fraudulent charges as a result of shopping at our online store, we will cover the entire liability up to the $50.00. We will only cover this liability if the unauthorized use of your credit card resulted through no fault of your own from purchases made while using the secure server.
