    1) How do I get fitted for Ben Hogan golf clubs?

    If you don’t already know your specifications we recommend you see your local PGA Professional, or visit a company that specializes in custom-club fitting such as GolfTEC®, Club Champion©, or True Spec Golf©. Although the Ben Hogan Golf Equipment Company has no affiliation with these companies, they can provide you with a non-brand specific fitting for a fee. In turn, you can send the specifications provided to you to the Ben Hogan Golf Equipment Company so we can custom- build Tour-quality irons, wedges, hybrids and utility club for you. There is never any charge for loft, lie, and length customization, and we provide standard or mid-sized grip options. Best of all, you’ll receive your Ben Hogan golf clubs directly from the factory without paying any retail mark-up.

    2) What are your customer service hours?

    Live customer service is available by calling 844-53-HOGAN Monday – Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Central Time. All voicemails left on that number, and any inquires made by email at 'customerservice@benhogangolf.com' will be answered within two (2) business days.

    3) Why do some irons have lofts on the sole, while others use the 'traditional' iron designation?

    When we first launched the Ben Hogan PreciseLoft System in 2015, we thought it would add a layer of precision to golf equipment never before seen. We were right. And wrong. 

    The PreciseLoft System has two components. In general, it is a combination of loft profiles so golfers can select the launch trajectory that best suits his or her style of play. The system also mandated consistent 4-degree loft gaps between each iron for optimal distance gapping.

    Some current iron models (specifically PTx and Ft. Worth irons) utilize this system of various loft profiles as follows:

    • Low launch profile                        (Lofts - 20/24/28/32/36/40/44 degrees) 
    • Mid launch profile                         (Lofts – 21/25/29/33/37/41/45 degrees) 
    • Mid-high launch profile                 (Lofts – 22/26/30/34/38/42/46 degrees) 
    • High launch profile                        (Lofts – 23/27/31/35/39/43/47 degrees)

    However, offering four (4) separate launch profiles within a set of irons proved to be both confusing and unnecessary. While it still may be viable for the most accomplished golfers in the world, our 'mid-high' launch profile was preferred for the vast majority of players. For that reason, new iron models are available in only that profile and are stamped with 'traditional' numbers. However, as with all Ben Hogan irons, length, lie and now loft customizations are available at no charge.

    4) When will I receive my order?

    Most orders are shipped within 7-10 business days after your order is placed. 

    Domestic US orders are shipped to physical addresses only. No post office boxes please. Shipments are FOB Fort Worth, TX (76134). Standard shipping is via UPS Ground.

    Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email shipping confirmation containing your tracking number with a link to the carrier's website to track your shipment progress.

    5) Do you make left-handed clubs?

    Yes.  Many of our irons and wedges are available in left-handed models. 

    6) Can I order just the wedges?

    Yes, absolutely.  You may select only the wedge lofts you desire to ensure a seamless transition to your irons and proceed to checkout.

    7) Do you sell 'short' iron sets or 'split' sets made up of various models?

    Unfortunately, no, we do not sell either short or split sets at this time.  Our standard iron set configuration is seven (7) irons.  Unlike other companies, we manufacture and build our iron heads in sets to ensure the tightest tolerances in the world.  This practice also reduces our inventory costs allowing us to sell the best-performing clubs in the world to you at Factory-Direct prices.

    8) Are the Ft Worth irons defined as “blades”, and made only for the better player?

    We actually try to avoid the use of the oft-repeated terms “blade” and “game improvement” to define irons. And the Ft Worth irons blur that line anyway. We have applied an entirely new approach to iron weighting to deliver the precision, feel and ball control normally reserved for “blades”, with a measure of forgiveness that compares to any “game improvement” design. The result is that you no longer have to sacrifice one for the other. Our testing proves that most golfers of 12-15 handicap and lower will experience improved performance with the Ft Worth irons.

    9) How do you measure your clubs?

    Remarkably, there is no industry standard in way manufacturers measure their shaft lengths. Our length standards are based on the historic Ben Hogan method of measuring on a Hogan length board to the last grip ring.

    10) Do you sell components only? Things like heads, grips, etc.?

    No, we do not sell components at this time. All clubs are fully assembled when shipped from our facility.

    11) What are my shaft and grip options for the clubs?

    Availability is shown on the order pages.   We currently offer seven (7) different iron shaft options (steel and graphite combined).  For VKTR hybrids, we offer seven (7) different graphite shaft options.  We also offer standard and mid-sized grips, all at no additional charge.

    12) How do I track my order?

    After placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation. When your order is complete and shipped, you will receive an additional email with your tracking information. If  you do not receive your domestic order within 5-10 business days, please call (844) 53-HOGAN to speak to a Customer Service Representative.

    13) Do you accept International Orders?

    Yes. Ben Hogan Golf will ship anywhere in the world.  You can order online, or speak to one of our Customer Service Representatives by calling 1+(844) 53-HOGAN. 

    We offer UPS Expedited, DHL Express, and flat-rate shipping options. 

    *Flat-rates for orders over $400 and under $1400: $50 to Australia, Fiji, and New Zealand Residents and $40 to Asia, Africa, Europe, and South America Residents
    *Flat-rates for orders over $1401 and under $2800: $95 to Australia, Fiji, and New Zealand Residents and $75 to Asia, Africa, Europe, and South America Residents

    **International customers are responsible for all customs charges, taxes, duties and other governmental charges over which we have no control. 

    14) What forms of payment do you take?

    We accept payment by VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and PayPal.  We also offer short-term financing through KLARNA.

    15) Why was I charged sales tax?

    Texas law requires us to charge sales tax on all orders shipped to an address within the State of Texas. The rate is 8.25%, and by law is charged on the purchase and the shipping costs. We do not charge sales tax on orders shipped to addresses outside the state of Texas.

    16) What is your warranty policy?

    We believe the Ben Hogan Golf Equipment Company designs and manufactures the finest golf club ever made. Our team of craftsman in our Fort Worth, Texas factory assemble each club by hand...one at a time. We guarantee our workmanship of a period of one (1) year after purchase. If you have an issue with any club purchased directly from the Ben Hogan Golf Equipment Company, we will be happy to assist in correcting the situation by repairing or replacing your clubs.     17) Who determines if a club should be covered under warranty or if damages occurred by abuse etc.?

    All warranty claims are evaluated by our Customer Service team. Please contact us if you have a question or problem that needs to be addressed.

    18) What is your return policy?

    We believe Ben Hogan Golf equipment is manufactured to the highest possible design and quality standards, and will deliver the performance demanded by the best players in the world. As specified by our warranty policy, we stand behind all our products and will correct any issues related to manufacturing and/or workmanship for one year. We will gladly accept returns on new, unused product in original packaging for a period of 30 days after purchase. We will not accept returns or issue refunds for ANY used product, under any circumstances.

    19) Do you repair any Ben Hogan Equipment produced by the previous company or another manufacturer of Ben Hogan Equipment?

    Unfortunately, we cannot repair or support of any products that were sold by a previous iteration of the Ben Hogan Golf Equipment Company. 

    20) How do you protect my information?

    We respect the privacy and security of our users.

    Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, your bank cannot hold you liable for more than $50.00 of fraudulent charges. If your bank does hold you liable for any fraudulent charges as a result of shopping at our online store, we will cover the entire liability up to the $50.00. We will only cover this liability if the unauthorized use of your credit card resulted through no fault of your own from purchases made while using the secure server.
